Why is it important for you to understand personalities in the workplace?
Think of both, knowing your own personality, as well as knowing how to
recognize other people's personalities. Well, it is important to understand personalities in the workplace that way you know if you fit the job well or not. For example, if you are someone that needs to be moving around all the time and are a hands on learner you might not want to choose a job in a cubicle. I am an orange so and office job wouldn't work well for me because I have trouble sitting still, lol.
